Dirt Jam: Truck Puzzle — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Dirt Jam: Truck Puzzle (the "Game"), published by CoralNext ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at dirtjam@coralnext.com.

Information we collect

• Game progress and settings. Your level, in-game cash, boosters, rewards, player name and avatar you choose, and sound and vibration settings. These are stored on your device and, so you can keep your progress across devices, in Unity Cloud Save linked to a random player ID.
• Leaderboards. When you win a level, the player name and avatar you chose and your weekly level count and trophies are sent to Unity Leaderboards and shown to other players on the in-game leaderboards. Choose a player name that does not identify you if you prefer.
• Google Play Games account. If you sign in with Google Play Games, we receive your Play Games player ID to link your saved progress. We do not receive your password or your email address.
• Gameplay analytics. Events such as levels started, completed or failed, time spent on a level, boosters used, rewarded ads watched and items purchased, together with device information (model, operating system, language, approximate country) and an analytics ID. We use Unity Analytics to understand which levels are too hard and to improve the Game.
• Advertising. The Game shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and device information to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive the order ID and the item purchased so we can deliver it. We never receive your payment card details.

How we use information

• To run the Game, save your progress and deliver purchased items and rewards.
• To understand how the Game is played and make it better (for example, balancing level difficulty).
• To show rewarded ads that you choose to watch.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

The Game uses the following services, which process data under their own policies:

• Google Play Services, Google Play Games and Google Play Billing — Google Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — How Google uses information in ads
• Unity Gaming Services (Authentication, Cloud Save, Leaderboards, Analytics) — Unity Privacy Policy

Your choices

• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads).
• You can play without signing in to Google Play Games.
• You can ask us to delete your account, saved progress, leaderboard entries and the analytics data linked to your player ID — see how to delete your data. Uninstalling the Game removes the data stored on your device.

Data retention and security

Saved progress is kept while you use the Game and until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept for a limited period according to Unity's retention settings. Data is sent over encrypted connections.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
