Dirt Jam: Truck Puzzle — Delete your account and data
Dirt Jam does not require an account. When you play, a random player ID is created to save your progress, and if you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games player ID is linked to it. You can ask us to delete this account and its data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to dirtjam@coralnext.com with the subject "Dirt Jam data deletion request".
- Include your player name as shown in the game (Profile), and, if you signed in, the Google Play Games name you used.
- We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your saved game progress in the cloud (level, cash, boosters, rewards, player name and avatar).
- Your entries on the in-game leaderboards (weekly levels and trophies).
- The analytics data linked to your player ID.
- The link between your player ID and your Google Play Games account.
What we keep
- Records of in-app purchases are kept by Google Play under Google's own rules; we keep order IDs for up to the period required by tax and accounting law.
- Data on your device: uninstalling the game removes it.
